Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

3. The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear picture or video proof.

4. Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Damage caused after delivery due to customer mishandling.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging due to screen settings or lighting.
• Personal dislike or change of mind.

5. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer unless the error is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the product is unavailable, or a replacement is not possible.

Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 10–15 working days after approval.

For online or card payments, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Cosmetics
• Food items
• Customized or personalized products
